Refund policy

General: (All Non-EU customers)

As prints are all made-to-order from local printing services, or pre-order to aid in item costs and shipping, all sales are final and cannot be refunded after 48 hours of placing your order. 

EU Right of Withdrawal: (EU customers only) - as of June 19, 2026

In compliance with EU consumer protection laws, EU Directive 2023/2673 requires the customer the ability to exercise their 14-day right of withdrawal, which allows them to withdraw before order fulfillment and 14 days after the order is delivered.
